Whether you have just been diagnosed with cancer, are undergoing treatment or want to regain your strength after completing treatment: yoga has a holistic effect and can actively support your recovery process. Numerous clinical studies prove the positive effects of yoga!
YOGAandCANCER combines for the first time the medical knowledge about cancer with the science of yoga to create a unique concept that many participants have already been able to experience personally.
The focus of my yoga classes for people with cancer experience is on feeling and accepting yourself and gently developing new energy. With renewed confidence in your own strength! Both those affected and their relatives are welcome in my courses. Suitable for beginners + advanced learners.
Introductory workshop in Böblingen on:
24 May 2024 from 16:30 - 18:00 and
June 28, 2024 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Energy compensation: 15 €
Yoga as a supportive companion:
- takes into account the different stages of therapy (whether chemotherapy, radiation or rehabilitation)
