Description Yoga event
I cordially invite you to a trial lesson of yoga for runners. After a short introduction, we warm up and then practice strengthening flows - these are different exercises one after the other. We continue with beautiful standing postures that look so simple, but can be quite challenging. The important thing is that they are fun! Of course, flexibility should not be missing. I'll show you great stretching exercises that are particularly suitable for us runners. A little relaxation at the end rounds off the course.
I'll show you the exercises in different variations so that you can train as your current fitness and mobility level allows. You don't need to have any previous experience. Beginners are particularly welcome.
