Description Yoga event
Imagine a shared OM in a church - we can only imagine how moving it sounds until we do it together!
We meet at the end of the year for yoga in the Gnadenkapelle Altenburg. A newly restored church where we are warmly welcomed with our yoga mats. We are accompanied by ogel music, guitar and various other sounds.
We take two hours to explore all the rooms. The space of the church and the sound around us. The space of our body in its movement and posture. The space of our breath, emotions and thoughts. Everything can be there. Nothing has to be perfect. That doesn't exist anyway. Quite the opposite:
The invitation of the evening is: come with what is there, with what appears, with what stays and with what wants to go.
This yoga class is for anyone who wants to take two hours for themselves. You don't have to be a professional. The only requirement is: you want to be there and experience your body in all its facets. At rest, in movement, in strength and expansion.
