  • About Us: I have carried yoga in me since I was a child - without even knowing it... A few years ago yoga came back into my life. My health showed me limits and I was allowed to change. For this U-turn; Today I am grateful for “back to the roots”. And no, it is by no means an easy way to face your past, your life. It takes a bit of courage... I'm grateful to my inner voice, it guided me and motivated me to follow my path...
    Today it is the daily smile, from within me, the real me.
    The key to this - yes, let's call it "inner smile" is breathing. It connects the outside and the inside - my body with my mind and involves the heart so wonderfully. For me, it is a priceless asset for which I am eternally grateful.
    I love people and see the good and inner strength in every person. On the other hand, I also feel disharmony and bringing this into balance is a big wish of mine.
