Let yourself be carried away by the souks of the old town, enjoy traditional, delicious Moroccan food and spend the nights in a wonderfully quiet riad in the middle of yet far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our yoga & culture city trip is suitable for both beginners and advanced yogis who want to be inspired by yoga and the enchanting Moroccan culture on a 5-day trip.

6 yoga classes (a powerful morning practice and a restorative sunset practice - suitable for yogis of all levels), including morning meditations & pranayama with Kerri Coar
4 nights in a shared room in our beautiful NOSADE Riad in the middle of the old town of Marrakech
(Double/single rooms can be booked on individual request, subject to availability and at an additional charge)
4 healthy, lovingly prepared and traditional Moroccan dishes (breakfast & dinner)
1 guided PIKALA bike tour to all the sights in Marrakech
ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival + Introduction / No yoga
Arrival in Marrakech with transfer from the airport to the Riad
(Transfer is organized individually depending on arrival time)
7:30 p.m.: Introduction & welcome dinner at NOSADE Riad
Day 2: PIKALA city tour on bicycles / 2 yoga sessions
07.30-09.00: Morning yoga, including pranayama + meditation
09.30: Breakfast
11.00: PIKALA bike tour to all the highlights of Marrakech
3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Free time
5.30 p.m.: Evening yoga
7.30 p.m.: Dinner at the Riad
Day 3: Optional Paradis du Safran /2 yoga sessions
07.30-09.00: Morning yoga, including pranayama + meditation
09.30: Breakfast
11.30: Optional trip to the Paradis du Safran (at an additional cost)
4 p.m.: Transfer back to Marrakech
5.30 p.m.: Evening yoga
7.30 p.m.: Dinner in a nice restaurant in the medina
Day 4: Optional Maison de la Photographie / 2 yoga sessions
07.30-09.00: Morning yoga, including pranayama + meditation
09.30: Breakfast
11.30: Optional visit to the Photography Museum (at an additional cost)
11.30 a.m. - 5 p.m.: Free time in the museum and then shopping in the souks
5.30 p.m.: Evening yoga
7.30 p.m.: Dinner at the Riad
Day 5: Departure / No yoga
Breakfast & departure
(Transfer to the airport is organized individually depending on the departure time)
