We look forward to children and adults, beginners and advanced,
Yoga skeptics and seekers on the way to themselves.
At YogaCircle Berlin (in Prenzlauer Berg) we teach powerful, joyful Hatha Yoga in over 20 open classes every week, predominantly using the Anusara Yoga® method. In courses supported by health insurance companies, we optimally prepare yoga beginners for our open classes.
Anusara Yoga® combines the traditional techniques of Hatha Yoga with the modern findings of biomechanics and bioenergetics.
The precise alignment of the body prevents injuries and helps heal postural problems.
With yoga prenatal for pregnant women and yoga postnatal for young mothers with babies as well as Pilates (according to the Pilateslab method), we accompany and support women who are becoming or are becoming mothers with exercises specifically tailored to the specifics of the respective phase of life.
Relaxation also plays an important role, especially in this phase of life.
Anusara Yoga® is incorporated into each of our offerings, even though in our fertility yoga and hormone yoga we open up completely new ways for women and men to deal with stress, hormonal imbalances and the desire to have children.
