Description yoga

Yoga comes from India and is one of the oldest sciences that deals with the human being as a whole. Yoga is a holistic training to achieve physical and mental health. It strengthens the muscles, improves organ activity and strengthens the mind and immune system.
The main components of the courses are the basic techniques of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation (concentration and concentration). Each hour is rounded off with relaxation exercises and yoga philosophy.
Course times:
Children's yoga: Monday 4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m
Back fitness: Tuesday 5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m
Yoga (gentle): Monday 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. and Tuesday 7:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m
Yoga (intensive): Sunday 7:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m
10 units: € 110 per person
1 unit: (upon reservation) €19 per person
1 private lesson: €29 per person
