Description yoga

We practice Vinyasa Yoga together, a dynamic yoga style in which we move in sync with the breath and slide from one posture to the other.

Sometimes the lessons are a little less flowing, sometimes they are faster and more powerful, sometimes they are slower. I adapt the style to the level of the participants.

With additional meditations and breathing exercises (Pranayama) we can concentrate more on ourselves and be in the here and now.

With the time on your mat, treat yourself to a break from everyday life, from your thoughts, from “the world outside”.

This time is just for you!
