Yoga is about reconnecting with yourself.

Calm the mind.

We will bring body, mind and soul into harmony using yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. The asanas help us to restore the optimal interaction of all body systems and promote the free flow of life energy.

In practice, the postures are performed slowly and held for longer. The course is therefore suitable for beginners and advanced learners (from 16 years of age).

Yoga is not about performance and success, it is about being conscious and present.

All you need is comfortable clothing and an exercise or yoga mat. Possibly aids such as yoga blocks, a belt and a blanket.
