TANTRA YOGA lets us feel our life energy again and deepens our ability to enjoy ourselves - leads inwards, to the senses, to feeling and to intuition. TANTRA YOGA reminds us that life is a gift.
As the only self-organized TANTRA YOGA GROUP in VIENNA, we see ourselves as “students” on the way to regaining and sharing tantric knowledge. The focus is on eastern tantric yoga and meditation techniques in combination with western elements.
