Yoga trainer training
Our intensive yoga trainer training includes the techniques of Power Yoga. The training includes 100 teaching units spread over 10 days and 3 weekends. Only small groups of up to 12 people are taught because the lessons are very practice-oriented and learning-intensive.
The focus is on teaching the skills required to independently organize a yoga class, with great emphasis on didactics and correction.
Power yoga is a very physical yoga that is geared towards the western lifestyle. In this style of yoga, the main focus is on powerful exercises that follow the rhythm of breathing and less on meditation and mantra chanting.
The training is carried out in a relaxed atmosphere, in the rooms of the Yoga Lounge in Lüdenscheid. The bright rooms are located in a former industrial building and are comfortably equipped with a separate training room, changing room, reception desk and large yoga room.
The training is aimed at people who do not want to complete a multi-year yoga teacher training course due to time constraints. This training is also suitable for people who want to delve deeper into the practice of yoga.
Previous knowledge of yoga or fitness is an advantage. We also offer the Power Yoga Basics workshop, in which sun salutations and some asanas are taught.
In our clearly structured training documents you will find instructions for your future yoga lessons, so that you can safely start your yoga trainer life after training to become a yoga trainer. In order to give you a successful start as a yoga trainer, we will continue to support you with advice and support even after your training.
