Description yoga
My name is Jasmin and I am happy that you discovered me here.
My love for yoga began about 15 years ago and has grown steadily since then, so three years ago I decided to expand on what I had learned and pass it on.
I attach great importance to optimal alignment, but I'm not interested in extremely athletic asanas.
Feeling, perceiving the body in connection with conscious breathing, these are the goals of my yoga practice.
With my training, the whole thing is recognized by health insurance companies and in many cases you can secure a large subsidy if you attend my courses.
