I teach Hatha yoga as a holistic method to achieve relaxation, serenity and physical and mental flexibility.

Anyone can learn yoga, regardless of physical fitness, flexibility, many illnesses and limitations. Back sufferers in particular benefit greatly from yoga and often find relief and better posture within a short period of time. You always determine the limits yourself: we never practice beyond the limits of pain, but everyone goes exactly as far as is comfortable for them.
